Neha Sikerwar - Trauma informed psychologist and somatic practitioner

Neha Sikerwar (She/her) is a counselling psychologist and trauma-informed somatic practitioner who incorporates EFT, eclectic and body-based approaches. She pursued a PG diploma in Counselling Psychology and further studied MSc in Counselling Psychology from Christ University. She has been professionally trained in Dance Movement Therapy, has basic training in regression therapy and has training in Trauma-Informed somatic practices.
Neha works closely with young adults who have experienced trauma and individuals dealing with attachment difficulties, depression, anxiety, mood disorders and other mental health-related issues. Neha is the founder of her organisation ‘That Trauma Therapist’, which offers mental health services.
She is passionate about helping people find their way through mental health challenges in life, particularly when trauma, family of origin, and relationship issues abound. Her journey with trauma has deepened her ability to empathize and understand, skills with which she can relate to her clients at a deep level. She tries to create a safe space for the client, integrating various therapeutic modalities, safety, and healing to support growth.
