Hi, I’m Natasha (she/her), a professionally accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor (NCPS), somatic trauma therapist, and late-identified autistic adult. I work with neurodivergent clients—particularly those who are late-identified, high-masking, or burnt out—who are tired of talking around their experiences or feeling like they don’t belong in traditional therapy spaces.

If you’re feeling overstimulated, emotionally shut down, stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from your body—you’re not broken. Your nervous system is doing exactly what it needed to do to keep you going. I offer bottom-up, body-based therapy that works with your neurotype, not against it.

I integrate somatic approaches including breathwork, parts work, EFT, and nervous system tracking to support trauma healing and reconnection from the inside out. These approaches are particularly helpful for people who experience masking, shutdowns, sensory overload, or a chronic sense of being “on alert.”

My practice is grounded in the belief that your sensitivity is not a flaw—it’s a form of embodied intelligence. Together, we create a space where your nervous system is honoured, survival responses are supported with care, and your full self is welcome. There’s no pressure to perform, mask, or explain. You can show up exactly as you are.

This is therapy that moves at your pace. We honour shutdowns, go gently, and build safety together.
