🌟 Empower Your Future: Specialised Coaching and Mentorship for Young Adult Neuroqueers Finishing University 🌟

Are you or your loved one a young adult neuroqueer preparing to finish university? As I know from my own experience, this pivotal transition can be both exciting and challenging. My specialised coaching and mentoring services are designed to support neuroqueer individuals and their parents or guardians during this crucial time.

🌈 Empathetic Insight & Understanding:
I’ve been a University Specialist Mentor (Mental Health and Neurodivergence) for disabled students since 2017. As a (late-identified) neurodivergent graduate (2013), I am in a position to understand the unique needs and strengths of neurodivergent people within the environment of higher education. I foster a neuro-affirming and supportive environment (no medical model pathologising here!) ensuring every person I work with feels seen, heard, and empowered with skills to make the most of their transition from being a student to the next stage of their lives. My qualifications are: BSc (Hons), MA Social Work. I am registered with Social Work England and I have an enhanced DBS.

🎓 Navigating the Transition from University:
Prepare for life beyond university with greater confidence. Our coaching sessions will focus on developing essential skills, building resilience, and creating a personalised roadmap for post-university success tailored to your specific needs and values.

* creating a self-supportive plan
* time management
* mental health strategies and psycho-education
* understanding your sensory profile
* executive functions
* asking for reasonable adjustments/self-advocacy

🤝 Support for Parents and Guardians:
I acknowledge the vital role parents and guardians play in a neurodistinct individual’s journey. My programme includes sessions designed around you, to facilitate open communication, understanding, and collaboration between parents, guardians, and their young adults.

🚀 What You can Depend On:
Inclusive Expertise: I specialise in neurodivergent experiences, ensuring a nuanced, empathetic and strengths-based approach.
Personalised Guidance: Tailored mentoring programmes designed to address individual needs, goals, and challenges.
