I provide therapeutic services designed to uplift and empower a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My client-centered approach emphasizes enthusiasm and compassion as we navigate various issues. Together, we can overcome relationship challenges, explore complex family dynamics, enhance emotional regulation skills, navigate significant life transitions, develop effective parenting strategies, or address any challenges you bring. This space is yours for growth and healing, where you will feel empowered and in control of your journey.

A central aspect of my practice centers on empowering neurodivergent individuals and their families. Drawing from my personal experience as a neurodivergent person, I possess an intimate understanding of the distinct joys and challenges that accompany this journey. My passion lies in guiding families through their unique paths, helping them forge meaningful connections, and skillfully navigating the intricacies of co-regulation. With a focus on compassion and insight, I strive to create an environment where understanding and support flourish, allowing individuals and families to thrive in their uniqueness.

I empower my clients to reach their goals through collaboration, which especially applies to my work with children, as I enjoy connecting with their parents and guardians. Parenting profoundly shapes a child’s development, so I strive to create an inviting environment where families can reconnect and strengthen their bonds. Supporting the whole family empowers parents to navigate the complexities of raising their children confidently, even in challenging circumstances.

By setting shared objectives, I cultivate a nurturing space that inspires personal growth and fosters well-being for each family member. I am dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive atmosphere for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that everyone’s experiences are valued and their unique needs are respected. Together, we embark on a journey of resilience and harmony, where you will feel deeply understood, cared for, and supported, helping you thrive and flourish.

In my practice, I believe in the power of collaboration. I customize my therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring therapy is a true partnership. Together, we will focus on specific goals, such as managing anxiety, navigating major life transitions, or improving parenting techniques. To support this process, I employ a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), play therapy, parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and motivational interviewing. This collaborative approach ensures that you are actively involved in your healing journey.

Embarking on the therapy journey can often feel overwhelming, filled with uncertainties and apprehensions. I invite you to a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to ease this process. This introductory conversation allows us to create a space to discuss your thoughts and feelings, understand your needs, and gauge whether our therapeutic paths align meaningfully and constructively. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to explore the potential for a supportive connection. I encourage you to take this step and start your journey to healing.

As a Social Work Resident, I am currently working under supervision towards clinical Social Work licensure and becoming a Registered Play Therapist.
