As mothers, it is hard to prioritize our own needs. Despite stress, anxiety, intense emotions, and lack of balance, we show up for our families every day. This can leave us overwhelmed, disconnected, and lonely. It helps to work with a therapist who understands your journey and relates to your challenges. I help moms learn to manage overwhelming emotions and make space for more joy. I am a licensed mental health counselor and coach with training in integrative somatic trauma therapy. I use cognitive and somatic approaches to help you connect more deeply to thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and experiences, fostering growth and new ways of being in the world.
I welcome any person who identifies as a mother to my practice. I use a holistic approach and help you reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you. We will collaborate on the best tools to meet your goals and create a safe space to explore, experiment, and self-reflect.
