I believe there is no one way of existing and experiencing when it comes to challenges, identity or living one’s life. Along with this, I also recognise the traumas and oppressions that are inherent in the world at large and society today. I welcome exploration of these in the therapeutic endeavour.

I am fully Trauma, Somatic and Neuroscience Informed. Lastly, I incorporate a Multi-Cultural approach to therapy to ensure I do my best in understanding, and being considerate of, any biological, psychological and social factors influencing or impacting on a person’s life. I can assure you that I will work to foster a therapeutic relationship with you that is safe and non-judgemental. That will provide the foundation for us to work together to get what you want from therapy, grow, develop and flourish.

I hold a Masters (MSc) in Psychotherapy and Counselling and I am currently completing my Doctorate (PhD). I also hold a Professional Certificate in the Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness, trained in Mindful Mentoring with Jack Kornfield & Tara Brach and I am trained to work with adolescents.

I am an Accredited member of IAPC, membership number M14474.
