I have read all the textbooks and I have a ton of expertise in how humans work, how feelings work and how the world works – but I believe you are the expert in you. You know yourself best! You are the only person who is inside of you! Together as a team, we can notice what is working, what is not working and find a path forward that is less painful and more chill.
