Kyla - LCSW Neurodivergent Therapist
I know it can be difficult to reach out for help and I strongly believe it is a sign of strength to be ready to take that step. And you aren’t alone-we all need support in our lives.
As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I am passionate about offering services for these communities. I work with folks looking to discuss sexual or gender identity as well as folks simply wanting to enter into a therapeutic relationship in a welcoming space with a queer therapist. I also enjoy working with individuals who are seeking support as they explore their own neurodivergent identities. I am sex positive and welcome clients of sexual, relational, and gender diversity. I am poly/ethical non-monogamy affirming and kink aware. As a white individual, I am committed to doing my own anti-racism work and to unlearning oppressive values and practices.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (licensed in Texas and Florida) as well as a graduate of Dharma Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training.
I am married to a wonderful partner, and we are mamas to an adorable, geriatric dachshund. Outside of being a therapist, I love to spend time in nature, read, travel, create art/crafts, start home DIY projects (and sometimes finish them…), spend time with the people I love, and try to keep my plants alive.
