I’m Kristina, an autistic therapist and health coach based in Florida.
Through Crooked Tree Arts & Wellness, I offer virtual holistic services to help normalize and navigate anxiety, depression, and grief due to chronic pain and illness, trauma, and life transitions. I also help newly diagnosed or self-diagnosed (or questioning) neurodivergent individuals explore their authentic selves and begin the unmasking process.
Diagnosed with autism at 39, I understand how life-changing this journey of self-discovery can be, especially navigating it later in life. This personal experience fuels my dedication to supporting others in similar journeys—whether you’re navigating perfectionism, unmasking, burnout, or feeling like you don’t quite “fit in” with conventional spaces.
My approach weaves together expressive arts, somatic healing, and person-centered care, creating a judgment-free space where every “crooked tree” is celebrated. Having worked in medical cannabis and holistic wellness, I also integrate alternative care options for those seeking a more personalized approach. I strive to offer support that acknowledges the generational influences, oppressive systems, and inequities that shape our experiences.
