Are you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—patterns that bring distress, anxiety, or overwhelm? Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together, or feeling weighed down by depression, past trauma, or emotional pain. You may be wondering if real change is possible. The truth is, healing and growth are absolutely within reach—and you don’t have to face it alone.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and affirming space where you can begin to explore what’s holding you back and connect with the parts of yourself that are ready to grow and thrive. With over a decade of experience supporting adults and teens, I’ve helped people move through life’s most painful and challenging experiences, always with the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood.

My approach to therapy is client-centered and holistic. I honor the whole person you are—your history, identity, strengths, and hopes for the future. I work with individuals from all walks of life, and I’m deeply affirming of LGBTQ+ identities and relationships. I also support those navigating neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism, and understand how important it is to feel seen and respected for who you are. Together, we’ll create a space where your lived experiences are honored, and your needs are centered.

In our sessions, we’ll work collaboratively to help you develop practical strategies, build emotional resilience, and feel more empowered in your life. My therapeutic work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking support with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, trauma, or relationship challenges, we will work at a pace that feels right for you.
As your therapist, I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care. While we can’t change the past, we can work together to understand its impact, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic. If you’re ready to take that first step, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit on your journey toward healing and growth.
