I bring a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and liberation-oriented approach to therapy. I work relationally and non-pathologizingly with clients navigating complex trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. I particularly enjoy supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), empaths, late-diagnosed autistic or ADHD adults, and those who grew up in emotionally immature, chaotic, or narcissistic family systems.

My practice is grounded in psychodynamic and humanistic theory, with space for narrative, somatic, and parts work. I also incorporate CBT or DBT strategies when appropriate, but always through a lens of consent and collaboration — not correction or compliance.

Clients have described me as warm, attuned, interactive, and deeply validating. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to mask or perform, where your truth is honored without judgment, and where healing can unfold at your own pace.

Reaching out to a therapist can feel overwhelming — especially if you’ve felt misunderstood in other spaces. It takes courage to show up authentically, and I honor that. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to start where you are.
