Kelli Skaggs - LCSW LISW-S
I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Florida and Ohio and the owner of The Relatable Therapists. My work centers around neurodiversity-affirming ADHD and Autism evaluations for adults. I take a collaborative, respectful approach that focuses on understanding the way your brain works—not trying to “fix” it. My goal is to help people finally have language for lifelong patterns, make sense of their experiences, and feel grounded in who they are.
I work with a lot of folks who have spent years masking, feeling misunderstood, or wondering if something was “off.” I value meeting people exactly where they are, honoring lived experience, and creating a process that feels validating instead of clinical or cold. Thorough assessments don’t have to be overwhelming or pathologizing—they can be clarifying, empowering, and genuinely supportive.
Alongside assessments, I supervise and train new therapists, with an emphasis on neurodivergent care, trauma-informed practice, and helping clinicians build confidence in their work. I’m also passionate about systems, organization, and making mental health care more accessible.
