Kate - Therapy for Autistics by Autistics

Hello, I am an autistic therapist who has been working with many kinds of neurodivergent clients for several decades. I aim to ask thoughtful questions as I get to know you. I have trained in quite a range of approaches and I select the techniques I think you will find helpful, once I understand what you’re hoping to change or improve. I work with adult individuals and many couples. At times I see adults and their parents or siblings for Family Therapy. I also train and supervise other clinicians. Therapy often involves introspection that includes pain or tender feelings but we also allow room for playfulness and laughter.
