Kat - Neuro-Affirming Autism and ADHD Diagnostic Evaluations and Consults

Hi, I’m Kat (they/she), an AuDHD and LGBTQ+ clinician who believes the evaluation process for autism and ADHD should feel collaborative and empowering, not pathologizing. I provide neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive evaluation and consult services for all ages in Virginia.

I specialize in diagnostic evaluations for autism and ADHD for adults and teens who are high-masking, 2E (twice exceptional), seeking a diagnosis later in life, and/or desiring a more affirming evaluation process, as well as autism evaluations for children whose traits might otherwise be overlooked by the traditional evaluation process.

I also offer self-discovery sessions for adults and teens, including those newly and self-diagnosed, who are hoping to deepen their understanding of their identity and explore unmasking, as well as focused consult sessions around topics such as intentionally parenting for your family’s unique neurotypes and cultivating neuro-inclusive home environments.

Finally, you can join “The Cocoon” — an online subscription for autistic and/or ADHD adults seeking ongoing identity development and self-exploration. This includes monthly self-reflection activities, access to our full resource library, and other customized offerings.
