Do any of these descriptions sound like you? You received a diagnosis of ADHD, HSP or autism as an adult. You are wanting to learn how to unmask. You are in a relationship where one (or more) of you are neurodivergent. You self-identify with ADHD or autism and are seeking support in navigating the neurotypical world around you. If you relate to any of these scenarios, I can help. As a clinician with ADHD who understands the demands (and overwhelm) of the world we live in, I can help you learn tools to prevent burnout, reduce overwhelm, increase emotional regulation, and improve relationships/communication while being your authentic self.

I am now accepting CA adults, couples and families for in-person and telehealth sessions. Have you tried therapy before and felt you kept walking away without tangible tools for change? Are you new to therapy and unsure where to start? Whether your problems feel small or insurmountable, therapy is an excellent way to learn new ways to face any obstacle. Sometimes we’re not sure what exactly is wrong but that we just want things to change. In my practice, I provide an honest, compassionate approach that empowers you to become your best self. If you are looking for change and growth, you’re in the right place!

Many clients come to me with reoccurring challenges due to chronic pain or illness, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting struggles, career hurdles, and more. We will focus on positive change without falling trap to toxic positivity that can lead us feeling more isolated and alone. I will always be transparent with you and encourage you to do the same.

As one of my favorite sayings goes: “Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes”. Together, with you at the helm, we will address your needs by providing comprehensive tools that lead to actual change. By focusing on the mind and the body through somatic and cognitive interventions, we will address what is holding you back and how to move forward toward your goals.
