Josh Manney - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Hi there. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults (18+) who are struggling with feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or without direction. I collaborate with my clients to find what works best for them approaching their lives in a holistic manner. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Self-Compassion in Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness. I am also a neurodivergent-affirming therapist who specializes in working with people who identify as neurodivergent, and specifically people who identify with ADHD. I myself identify as neurodivergent and ADHD and use both my training and real-life experience to help people live a more rich, connected, and meaningful life.
