Jill Holly - Supervision
Supervision is a relationship where you can explore your work with clients in depth. The end goal is to ensure the best interests of the client. In doing this, exploration of your own process as well as that of your clients will be paramount. Together we help you to develop and grow as well as assess risk and safeguard your clients.
We will work with theory and skills as well as self-reflection and awareness.
My Training, Modalities and ways of working
I am trained within a Creative Supervision model – Creative Counsellors CIC – CRAFT, incorporating the 7 eyed model. I can use various creative interventions taking your lead, working holistically with theory and skills aswell as self-reflection and self-awareness. This is always within a Person Centred framework. My focus is working in a Neurodivergent (ND) affirming way, with Supervisees who are either Adhd/Autistic themselves and/or who have Clients who are Adhd/Autistic. Ultimately, any work I do is relational with a strong focus on wellbeing, accessibility and is aimed at creating safe spaces for all. I have a direct, challenging manner that is honest and surprisingly warm. I am transparent about my own Adhd/Autism as I have the privilege of being able to do this without risk to my own wellbeing/livelihood.
I work as a Counsellor with 18+ Adults only and as such, I do not Supervise work with Children.
I offer Supervision monthly and also for adhoc Support. My background is working collaboratively as part of varying Professional groups and as such can offer support with other Professions subject to agreement and whereby the focus is on being ND affirming.
