Hi there,
I’m Melissa or Liss and I’m an occupational therapist and coach. Being neurodivergent and having struggled with mental health symptoms, I combine my education with lived experience to work with folks who are struggling. No problem is too big or too small – if it impacts your functioning and quality of life, we can work on it together. When we talk about functioning, it’s all about what feels good to you – not what how society expects us to perform. Let’s decrease the internalized ableism together and get you living a life that doesn’t feel so distressing.
