As someone who exists at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities, I understand the complexity of navigating oppressive structures. I’m here to help you navigate your internal and external experiences.

I am a certified Body Trust Provider and trained in modalities such as EMDR, IFS, and Motivational Interviewing and am an experienced, trained, and authorized teacher of meditation & mindfulness practices in the Vajrayana tradition.

The Structure

I facilitate social justice-oriented individual therapy for people located in Oregon and Utah.
