Hi, I’m Freya, an LGBTQA+ and neurodivergent identifying UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist, based in the Northeast, with a particularly interested in supporting others within these communities and what it means to live the life we want authentically and well.

Although I have experience working with many concerns, I am particularly passionate about working with trauma, anxiety, identity issues and those in crisis. I have a background in Transactional Analysis, but I also work in a trauma-informed and relational way through a number of methods, from working more exploratively and creatively to pursuing more practical skills and tools, I have a collaborative approach in finding out what works best for you as a unique individual.

I provide in person psychotherapy sessions in Gosforth and Central Newcastle at £55. £45 for remote sessions. Concessions available.
