Hi, thanks for checking me out. I am a late diagnosed AUDHD therapist and really enjoy working with neurodivergent clients. I understand what it feels like to be the square peg in a round hole, to feel like you just don’t fit in, and I know how isolating and frustrating it can be to feel misunderstood because of your difference. I can help with anxiety and depression, negative self-talk, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, work-related issues, menopause and many other issues. I can also help with navigating the menopause process as a neurodivergent person.
I work online via zoom, face-to-face at counselling rooms in Birkenhead (see photos) – I am also able to support therapy via email, which can suit a lot of neurodivergent people.
I am trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping), which can help to ease symptoms of distress from anxiety to intrusive thoughts and phobias.
I offer a free 20 minute no-obligation online chat, to see if we click, if I am the person you need.
