Cultivating a deeper level of awareness is key to living in congruence to one’s purpose. I empower clients to be fearless in exploring this metaphysical space, by examining their belief systems and their alignment to core values. My passion is to help clients experience pure-consciousness and self-reflection, as a guide in balancing the demands of society, culture, and family.

By specializing in meditative practices and creative outlets for stress management, I help people understand the source and the cessation of their suffering. I guide client’s to make loving movements into their authentic self, while integrating spiritual, indigenous, holistic, and integrative approaches. The interventions I use are Buddhist Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Feminist-based Therapy, Behavior Therapy (BT), Adlerian, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My experience ecompasses challenges such as depression, anxiety, transitional worries, identity confusion, boundaries, existential conflict from cultural demands, spiritual alignment issues, and general distress.

Though I work with children, families, and teens, my focus is on adults and couples. With this diverse experience, I am able to tailor my approach to best suit each client’s unique needs and preferences. I am committed to fostering a safe and inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds and identities. By working collaboratively, we can identify who you are, and who you want to become, with compassion. We will explore transformative perspectives, and develop effective strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges while achieving growth, equanimity, peace, and fulfillment.
