I am a certified ADHD coach and researcher, with a PhD in the philosophy of psychology, and an active research project in mental health and neurodiversity, with a focus on reconceptualizing ADHD, combining tools from the philosophy of mind, neurosciences, psychology, and ethics. My coaching method is informed by the empirical literature I need to constantly churn on for my research, and the critical thinking skills I developed as an academic philosopher.
I am based in Europe, but offer online coaching worldwide, in English and Italian.
