Dr Kana Grace is a multiply-neurodivergent Advocate, Specialist Mentor, Researcher, Public Speaker, and Educator, specializing in the health and wellbeing of neurodivergent people.
Since 2020, Kana has worked as a Specialist Mentor for neurodivergent people, including children, young people, and adults, both officially diagnosed and self-identified, around the world. If you’re seeking support from someone with a good understanding of neurodivergent minds, Kana is here to help you.

Kana is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Centre for Research in Autism and Education (CRAE) at the Institute of Education, UCL, where she earned her PhD in Psychology focusing on loneliness among autistic adults. Her interest lies in health and wellbeing of neurodivergent people.
Kana has been featured in prominent media outlets such as the UK’s BBC and The Scientist. She is also profiled in the book ‘Nine Minds’ by bestselling author and autistic savant Daniel Tammet, alongside notable figures including Hollywood actor Dan Aykroyd.
Additionally, Kana advises SEDSConnective, a UK charity supporting neurodivergence and hypermobility, and is part of the steering group for transdiagnostic research on neurodivergence at Autistica, UK’s leading autism research charity.
Kana has been a featured speaker at various conferences, symposiums, and webinars worldwide, sharing insights from her dual perspective as a researcher and an individual with lived experience.
