I am an IFS practitioner (Level 1) who was late diagnosed AuDHD. I also have cPTSD. I’m especially interested in helping people with cultural burdens (white supremacy, internalized ableism, queerphobia) as well as with legacy burdens related to neurodivergence running through families (generations of internalized ableism). The latter seems to result in a particular experience of cPTSD. Based out of France, I work with clients all over the world in English and French.
