Hi! Hey! Hello! My name is Amy/Dr. E, and I am a neurodivergent psychologist providing assessment services for those seeking clarity and confirmation of their mental health concerns. As a late-diagnosed ADHDer (didn’t have anyone suggest it until I was 6 months shy of finishing my doctoral work!), I’m passionate about ensuring that folks seeking a formal evaluation get a comprehensive approach that validates lived experiences.

It’s important at to me that an assessment not just be a diagnosis — but that those who work with me walk away with clarity, resources in their community/local area, and a plan for their continued care. A diagnosis/assessment shouldn’t be the “end” of your journey— it’s the jumping off point to reframing and understanding yourself, the way you interact with the world, and have support for advocating for your needs post-evaluation with others in your life!

Because accurate assessment is important to me, I also supervise students working on their various mental health degree programs for assessment services, and I’m also happy to provide formal supervision to professionals looking to add to their skills!

I’m in-network with BCBS PPO plans, provide out-of-network superbills for other insurance plans, and I also offer a limited number of sliding scale and pro-bono assessments each quarter to help improve access/break down barriers to getting a quality assessment!
