You don’t have to hold it all together by yourself.
Maybe you’ve been the go-to person for everyone else, but now you’re feeling disconnected, exhausted, or stuck in old patterns that don’t fit who you’re becoming. Whether you’re navigating identity questions, burnout, trauma, or life transitions, therapy can be a space to finally put down the mask and explore what you need.

You deserve support that sees the whole you.
I work with young adults, creatives, neurodivergent folks, and those exploring their identities or recovering from trauma. My goal is to co-create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and messy in the best way. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to get it “right” to make meaningful progress.

Our work will be collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in who you are.
I draw from CBT, ACT, and person-centered with a mindful, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming lens. We’ll move at your pace, explore patterns with care, and celebrate even the smallest wins. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that are already whole.

If you’re ready to start feeling more grounded, more like yourself, and less alone, I’m here.
I offer virtual sessions for clients located in Texas and provide a sliding scale to increase access. Let’s chat in a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
