I’m a fully qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Through training and personal experience, I’ve developed a passion for making a tangible difference to people’s lives. I’m a natural listener but counselling goes beyond listening, it’s about enable people to recover lost lives and reach their full potential—this is what I’m here to help you do.

As an integrative counsellor with a basis in person centred counselling theory, I offer clients a safe, non-judgmental space and the opportunity to look at life’s challenges in a collaborative way. A relational approach means that within the counselling room we can look at all aspects of your life outside the counselling room such as: anxiety/depression/emotional difficulties, low self esteem/low confidence, chronic health problems, disordered eating, relationship difficulties, work stress.
