‘In the waves of change we find our true direction’. At the points in our lives when we feel like we are surrounded by change, we have an opportunity to remake ourselves. We can choose which parts we wish to take with us to build our future and which we no longer need.

Whether the change is imposed on us from the outside or it bubbles up from within us, it can leave us feeling out of control and stuck, unsure of what to do next.

Whatever the feelings are that you are experiencing having a safe space to explore them and begin to make sense of what happens next can help you to take back control and choose your direction of travel. I can offer you a place to be curious about what changes are possible for you, to explore your past and present so you can make choices about your future.

I have worked extensively with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients and have personal and professional interests in this area. Because I know that counselling works best when you find the right person, I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation, so you can check if I’m the right person for you.

About Louise

I’m an integrative therapist who specialises in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients who wish to explore their identity in a safe and affirming way. I also offer supervision (both regular and additional ad hoc sessions) to other therapists, mental health and wellbeing practitioner who are interested in working with someone who has lived experience as a queer, autistic woman.
