About
Reaching out for support can be hard, and I hope to foster a therapeutic space where you feel seen, valued, and understood. I earned my Masters of Education from Vanderbilt University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023. I have experience supporting clients with a variety of concerns and specialize in supporting clients in the Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ population.
I practice from a trauma-informed and Neurodivergent-affirming framework, and I view the therapeutic relationship and collaboration as foundational aspects of healing. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, body image or relational concerns, self harm, or perfectionism, or are wanting to learn how to better support yourself as a Neurodivergent or queer person, we can craft therapeutic goals specific to your needs. My experience in Autism education and advocacy also equips me to support people who are questioning a Neurodivergent identity, or who have recently gotten a diagnosis (specifically Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and social anxiety) and are wanting to explore what that means for them.
When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy making and collecting pottery, following women’s soccer, listening to Taylor Swift, and spending time outside with my dog. I also love to learn and talk about Autism, Neurodivergence, and disability justice.
I work with kids, adolescents, and adults with a focus on the neurodivergent and lgbtqia population.
