I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor with a trauma-informed and holistic approach.
If you are struggling with aspects of neurodiversity or your mental health, I may be able to help.
I also help clients to improve confidence and self-esteem, with an empathic and accepting approach.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration and can be remote or face to face in Sutton Coldfield.
This is a female only service, for adults over 18.
