Trying to navigate addiction or neurodiversity can be challenging without the right toolkit.

As a registered Mental Health Nurse I can provide a safe space for you to explore ways to manage if you have been feeling lost or overwhelmed. My experience working within the NHS has allowed me to assist in shaping a trauma informed approach to recovery and this will underpin our work together.

My aim is to help you feel empowered to take control back of the things that may be impacting your day to day life, especially if you have become overwhelmed.

The work we do will be collaborative as each person requires a bespoke approach to their presenting problems. We will do this by building a therapeutic relationship lead by what it important to you, I will then use evidenced based techniques to develop a toolkit that you will be able to use everyday to help you feel more like you again.

With years of experience, I will support you to create a custom tool kit that’s right for you. I understand the importance of educating you on the most effective ways to take care of your self, so that you become your own expert in self care, focusing on techniques that promote harm reduction, relapse prevention and other life long skills the make navigating life that bit easier.
