Hello, I am an ADHD’er and a licensed therapist seeing clients in-person in the Philadelphia area and virtually across the state of PA.

As someone who shares the lived experience of being neurodivergent, I provide a space where your identity—whether ADHD, autism, or another form of neurodiversity—is fully validated and celebrated. I understand the challenges of navigating self-acceptance in a world that often misunderstands or marginalizes our experiences. Society frequently encourages us to hide the parts of ourselves that, when embraced, can lead to authentic joy and fulfillment.

Many of my clients seek therapy to address issues like relational trauma, chronic invalidation, grief, rejection sensitivity, burnout, and anxiety. Healing and self-discovery are journeys you don’t have to take alone. I am here to support you with an individualized approach tailored to your unique needs.
