Adhdful Coaching

Hi I’m Emma- an ADHD Life Coach who has additional experience with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and trauma informed approaches. I am based in Leicestershire, UK but run Adhdful Coaching virtually. Being ‘Adhdful’ is believing in the joy of neurodiversity and celebrating individuality. This is reflected in my person-centred, strength-based approach to support clients through their challenges to live their ADHD lives to the fullest. I have a particular specialism in working with women who were diagnosed as adults but welcome clients of all genders and backgrounds.I have a range of experience and training working with both young people and adults across the spectrum of neurodiversity. Alongside coaching I continue to work in a therapeutic capacity with young ADHD people who have experienced trauma. As an ADHD Life Coach, my aim is to support as many people as possible to recognise their strengths, overcome their barriers and celebrate their uniqueness.
