What’s included?
Six 60-minute coaching sessions focused on the following topics adapted to your unique requirements.
In between sessions, communication for task initiation, task selection or accountability.
Phase 1: Foundation and Understanding
• ADHD education: How the ADHD brain works and motivation.
• Examine past beliefs and patterns.
Phase 2: Awareness and Experiments
• ADHD education: Executive functioning, interrupting procrastination and avoidance cycles.
• Visualise and design how things will look when you feel more in control of your ADHD.
• Experimenting with strategies.
Phase 3: Building Mental Muscle- Future facing
• ADHD education: Emotional regulation.
• Strategies audit- what worked, ways to adapt them when they don’t.
• Identify other contributions that nourish or deplete you.
• Your strengths and unique qualities
