Dionysios is a professional coach specialising in ADHD. He is based in Oxford and coaches online or in person at The Little Health Hub.

His journey began in the arts as an opera singer, stage director and researcher, with graduate studies at Cambridge and Oxford and a research fellowship at Harvard. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and maintains his academic role as Professor of Historical Performance and Academic Studies at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.

Dionysios provides specialised career coaching for individuals with ADHD, addressing their unique needs and aspirations in the professional world. Career coaching is designed to empower neurodivergent individuals at various stages of their careers, whether looking for their first job, wanting to improve their performance in their current role, or contemplating a career transition after feeling stagnant or facing challenges like redundancy.

Dionysios helps clients reflect on their career journey, identifying what energises or frustrates them in a process that involves a deep exploration of personal strengths, interests and lifestyle choices, creating a path towards fulfilling career paths.

Through increased self-awareness, support and accountability, career coaching helps clients to better position themselves to seize emerging opportunities or adapt current roles to complement their unique cognitive profile, enhancing performance at work and overall well-being.

At the core of Dionysios’ coaching philosophy is a deeply rooted belief in the transformative power of individualised support to help clients uncover patterns and habits that impede their growth and create a life aligned with their core values and aspirations.

He holds the Guildhall Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring, accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and serves as the Co-Chair and Director of the Professional Association of Specific Learning Difference Specialists in Higher Education (PASSHE).
