I’m a BACP-accredited Integrative Therapist. I offer a compassionate, safe space to help you improve emotional well-being, build healthier relationships, and make peace with your past. My practice has a specialism in working with neurodivergent people (ADHD/Autism). Sessions are available in Milton Keynes, online, or by phone.

Who I Work With
I work with people seeking to improve their emotional well-being, build healthier relationships, and make peace with the past. Many of my clients are navigating specific challenges, and I offer a supportive, affirming space to explore them.

This includes working with:

Neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism): I offer an affirming space for neurodivergent people, including late-diagnosed adults exploring their identity. We can work together to navigate issues like masking, burnout, anxiety, and building authentic relationships.

Anxiety & Stress: We can explore the sources of your anxiety and find practical ways to manage their impact, helping you feel more at ease day-to-day.

Depression: I offer a supportive space to explore what might be contributing to your depression, build self-compassion, and find fresh perspectives and ways to feel better.

Chronic Health Conditions: I can support you in building resilience and managing the unique emotional and mental challenges of living with a chronic illness.

Relationships & Communication: We can explore unhelpful patterns and find clearer, kinder ways to connect with others.

LGBTQ+ & GSRD (Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity): My practice is a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone.

About Me and How I Work
As a BACP-accredited Integrative Therapist, I believe the most important thing is creating an open and secure environment where you can express yourself freely. My role is to be an active listener, nurturing your vulnerability while gently encouraging you to explore new possibilities for growth.

My approach is built on the belief that therapy should be adaptable to your individual needs. We’ll work collaboratively, drawing on proven techniques and practical tools tailored to you. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress.

Qualifications and Professional Background
I’m a fully qualified, registered, and BACP accredited Integrative Counsellor. I have been practicing for over ten years, supporting people through a wide range of life challenges. My professional journey includes leading a city-wide mental health service and working in community-based settings, including with LGBTQ+ groups. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere strictly to their ethical framework.

As an integrative therapist, my approach is fundamentally person-centred, but I also draw from a variety of therapeutic models:

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)

Psychodynamic Thinking

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Skills

Brief Solution-Focused Therapy

Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) Affirming Practice

I have specialized training and experience in supporting individuals with Autism and ADHD in a neurodiversity-affirming way. My lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent, and disabled person deeply informs my values of empathy and inclusivity, strengthening my commitment to creating a truly accepting and understanding space for everyone.
