As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, I provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy that draws on both clinical training and lived experience. I am also queer and genderfluid, and I value creating a therapeutic space that honors identity, complexity, and authenticity. My practice is especially focused on supporting neurodivergent, queer, and trans adults.

I support ADHDers, Autistic individuals, and people in LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional relationships around identity, self-esteem, executive functioning, trauma, chronic illness, and creating a life that aligns with their values and needs. My approach is relational, grounded in trust and collaboration, and I integrate practical skills from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness when helpful.

Outside of my work, I enjoy time with my two cats, gardening, and relaxing with tea and lofi music. I am not currently accepting new clients but will be opening a waitlist soon, with plans to begin seeing clients around December 2025. At that time, I will also begin offering comprehensive ADHD evaluations, with Autism evaluations to follow in 2026.
