About Us

We are a Mental Health service specialising in neurodivergence. Our service embodies the therapeutic desire to ‘become the helping hand you needed’.

AbleMinds exists to help neurodivergent individuals. We provide professional counselling, psychological coaching, neurodivergent screening and Autism assessment. Our range of services provides support for formally identifying neurodivergence, supporting neurodivergent people to manage mental health difficulties, increase independence and meet their interpersonal goals. We also provide support for those who need to interact with systems such as the Department of Work and Pensions [DWP] (Universal Credit [UC] or Employment and Support Allowance [ESA]), Access to Work recommendations, and recommendations for educational establishments.

All our staff and associated professionals are neurodivergent professionals, and the majority have been identified as neurodivergent as adults. It is our aim to combine our training and our lived experience expertise to bring you a service that celebrates the unique, while still recognising and respecting the differences and disabilities of being neurodivergent.

Please check out the website or email us for further information, we look forward to having the opportunity to support you!
