I am an AuDHD PDA, non-binary, asexual, queer, and disabled prelicensed clinician currently working remotely for a group private practice. I specialize in Neurodiversity Affirming Care and focus on Lived Experience Informed Practice, coined by Sonny Jane Wise.

I work with millennial aged Adults who are either AuDHD or exploring their identity related to neurodivergence. I love supporting late diagnosed Autistic people, as I have similar lived experience. I enjoy building strong, healthy, and trusting relationships with my clients. I strive to be intersectional and non-pathologizing in my work, and be client centered at all times. I tend to be a conversational provider, and previous clients have described therapy in my care being like having coffee with a friend, who technically isn’t your friend, who is unbiased and non-judgmental.

I think that mindfulness, radical acceptance, and self-compassion are the most crucial interventions I bring to my practice in regard to my modalities. I think it’s also important to make mindfulness practices accessible to neurodivergent folks!

I accept insurance at this time including BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna plans.
