Neurodivergent Therapist | Integrative Psychotherapist | Trauma-Informed & Relationship-Focused

As a neurodivergent psychotherapist, I understand firsthand how the world can feel overwhelming, too loud, too fast and or sometimes, not fast enough. I work primarily with other neurodivergent adults who are navigating identity, burnout, rejection sensitivity, masking, sensory overload, or just the exhausting pressure to “act normal.” I was diagnosed in adulthood and understand how that can bring about a lot of both clarity and confusion.

As a therapist, my style is warm, direct, and deeply human. I don’t sit behind a clinical mask. Clients describe me as someone who gets it. Someone in your corner, who sees your strengths as well as your struggles, and helps you move at your own pace, without shame or judgement. I believe that therapy for neurodivergent folks needs to honour both nervous system realities and lived experience. That’s why my approach is flexible, collaborative, and body-aware. I am also deeply science based, I like to know and understand why we are the way we are as humans, especially neurodivergent humans and all of the additional challenges and strengths that come with that.

I draw from integrative and relational models, incorporating tools from various trauma modalities, psychodynamic, Gestalt, somatic, and CBT traditions, all grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming lens. I’m EMDR trained. I work with relationships from couples to non monogamous polycules. I’ve supported many clients, late-diagnosed adults, and people exploring gender, sexuality, and sensory identity – especially those who’ve never quite fit into boxes or systems. My style is very much anti-oppressive, I’ve studied discrimination law and equality studies, inclusion is a core value of mine, I get the intersectional challenges many neurodivergent folk have.

Whether you’re seeking support with relationships, rejection sensitivity, anxiety, emotional regulation, alexithymia, burnout, connection or just want a space where you don’t have to translate yourself – I’m here.

My fees vary depending on the type of therapy, length of session and how many people will be attending. Individual therapy is generally €75-95, EMDR starts at €90, couples therapy starts at €110 and polycule therapy starting from €150. There are sometimes other varying factors such as reports, homework, frequency, access to personal development course and training. I am as transparent and as fair as possible and agree the fee with the client before we agree to work together. Once we agree our terms there are no hidden or additional costs. Depending on your region and health insurance details you may be able to get money back. In Ireland I am listed with all health insurance companies and meet the criteria to claim tax back through the Med2 form.
