About Counselling:
Are you feeling out of control, anxious, burdened by your thoughts & feelings. Are you feeling isolated and alone with your challenges? Do you need a space to reflect on how you’re experiencing the world? I offer a space where all of you is welcomed; your hurt, your pain, your sadness, your anger, your fear.
As a ND counsellor (Dyslexic AuDHD), I understand what its like to feel different to those around you and will support you as you reflect on your experiences. I work with clients helping to explore the way you experience the world and the challenges within an affirmative framework. I offer a confidential space, listen, without bias, helping you find answers. I am non-judgemental,respectful and compassionate.
I understand that finding the right counsellor can be difficult and believe the relationship we develop builds trust and safety so that we can explore and understand your challenges. We are all unique and working as an integrative therapist I tailor each session to suit you and your needs, my job is to help unravel the sometimes confusing thoughts and feelings you’ve been keeping bottled up.
