I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach and a strengths-based perspective in supporting you on your journey toward self-discovery. I utilize compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems, and EMDR. I work with clients throughout Iowa through telehealth. I am available in person in my office in Iowa City.
