Hello, my name is Debbie and I’m an integrative counsellor which means I use a blend of approaches for you to explore any issues you wish in a non-judgemental space. I found out that I am autistic later in life and I have learned a lot about myself in doing so. Many people did not believe that I could be autistic because I didn’t fit their view of what that looked like. Perhaps you have had a similar experience and are looking for a therapist who understands the importance of feeling heard.
I work predominantly online but I also have some limited availability for face to face sessions in Hertfordshire. My standard fee is £45 for a 50 minute session and I do offer a reduced rate of £35 for people on a low income. Please get in touch if you would like some more information.
