I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I offer virtual counselling services to clients across Ontario. My session fee is $160 and I offer a doing scale if that is needed.

I work with adults with ADHD and those navigating anxiety, grief, identity questions, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, or life transitions. As someone with ADHD, I understand these challenges firsthand. Therapy is a space to slow down, feel seen, clarify your goals, uncover what matters, and take steps toward living authentically. You don’t need perfect words or a plan, just a willingness to start.

I work with neurodiverse adults to explore emotions, patterns, and unmet needs, paying attention to both what you say and what your body expresses. I also support those struggling with executive functioning, including planning, organization, and motivation. Evening appointments are available for busy schedules.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming, offering space to explore desire, boundaries, and your relationship with your body, including pleasure, rest, and self-trust. I focus on working with your brain rather than against it. Feel free to book a free 15-minute consult to see if it’s a good fit!
