I offer one to one person-centred counselling online or in person in Edinburgh (usually daytimes, Monday-Weds). Sessions are generally weekly or twice a month, for an hour each time, though different lengths and frequency can be possible depending on what seems most helpful and workable between us.

Counselling to me is a space and relationship in which we can explore collaboratively the things that you want to explore about yourself and your life, and the things that might be troubling, confusing, or distressing you. I have particular experience working with neurodivergent people, trans, non-binary, queer individuals, people of colour, disabled folks, people experiencing chronic pain and illness, and those with other overlapping and intersecting minority experiences. Being autistic, trans, a person with EDS, and mixed race myself, my practice is particularly informed by these experiences – my own and those of my communities and the people I have worked with.

Please email me to set up an initial discussion if you have any questions or would like to find out more.
