Sheridan - Neurodiversity Consulting & Peer Support

Hi there! I’m Sheridan: carb lover, cat wrangler, AuDHD peer supporter, autism-focused neurodiversity consultant, and hater of childproof caps (curse you, dyspraxia!)
For autistic adults, I provide client-led, validating, peer support. Depending on the session, this could look like helping you sort through those detailed looping thoughts to get a self-care plan down on paper, providing personalized education on autistic needs and neurology, brainstorming a low-spoon morning routine, or simply being a listening ear. (Some might call my services “autistic coaching”, but I prefer my approach and language to be horizontal and collaborative—never authoritarian!)
For caregivers of autistic children, I provide gentle, compassionate guidance through the world of neurodiversity. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, tackle what isn’t, and build a toolkit for understanding, articulating, and responding to your child’s needs.
For educators and professionals, I offer personalized education about autistic needs and meaningful techniques for maximizing the wellness of your students and clients (while helping YOU survive in an underfunded institution). Together, we’ll develop a neurodiversity-friendly practice you can feel proud of.
Finally, for organizations and community programs, I can help you find you find your autistic-friendly footing, whether that’s by identifying the right items for your library’s sensory backpacks or giving feedback on interview practices. Together, we’ll build a plan for improved accessibility, equity, and inclusion, so you can foster lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
My work is gentle, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe community care, not “fixing” individuals who aren’t broken, improves autistic lives.
