Now I only work online, so the client’s age is 14 years or older. I help to build a personal habilitation program for neurodivergent people, deal with primary screenings and differentiation of conditions, teach how to track their own states, improve their abilities for emotional regulation and when it is necessary – on the contrary, seek help. I use a social model when working with neurodivergent people, rather than the so-called “psychotherapy” model (where you need to “fix what is “broken”), but when there is trauma or complex trauma, I also do therapy.
I mostly consult in Russian, sometimes in French. I haven’t worked in English yet, it takes time to learn vocabulary.
