Sarah - Neurodivergent Counsellor

Neurodivergent Counsellor offering neuro-affirming integrative support to clients with psycho-education to enable people to bio-hack their systems to achieve harmony and reach their desired potential
Hi my names Sarah, I enjoy many creative hobbies including baking, interior design, and many types of music. You can often find me walking my dogs or spending time with our horses. I find nature can be hugely restorative and can be a constant in our busy world. On my walks I will try to be mindful and notice small things that bring me joy and help me feel grounded. Water has been my greatest healer; I love being around it, in it or on it; cold water swimming became part of my life during the pandemic and I cannot speak highly enough of the physical and mental health benefits of cold water therapy.
My professional journey began following a career path in Social work as I wanted to help people. However, after fifteen years in the Social care profession I decided to take a new path and to develop my passion for training and mentoring Social workers.
I continued my love of training and empowering people I work with by working with the PDA Society (Pathological Demand Avoidance) as an enquiry line volunteer and then a training provider for the last eight years. I really enjoy online and in person training many professionals, care teams, parents and carers.
