I offer virtual counselling services in Ontario, Canada. My session fees are in CAD ($180 CAD with a sliding scale). I also utilize ACT.
I offer a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed approach. I also support clients experiencing disordered eating, which is common among neurodivergent individuals, alongside ADHD-focused strategies. Services are offered virtually across Ontario in a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for clients.
